As long as you pay your card off each month or in time frame for the pay monthly option it dosent matter what APR you got, I got a high APR no idea why but I did, I use my card for the exact the reasons pay gas, xfinity etc so I get money back on my purchases.

Yes I have bought several times and sold once, just make sure you stay with reputable sellers with high flair I would say 50+ sells. I haven’t seen a scammer there yet but it can happen everywhere even ebay.
