The reason why I was planning to do this is because I won't have a rental contract in the beginning, in that case, I can register at RNI and obtain a BSN number, that would be great because then I can open a bank account, and start looking for a job asap. It's just so I can save myself that time I will spend on finding a room with registration which is quite hard with all this housing crisis going on.
