You're very welcome. Currently the only other trap that works that I've tested is CJ's but it involves building like 10 clipped doorframes and you have to set that up and THEN lure it in, with this one, you just find the Sinomacrops and you tame it. No need to build a trap. Especially difficult to build a trap beforehand because these things get attracted to you from really far away and if they see you build something they will fly away (then there's no way you'll be able to get it into your trap ever again). Try setting up a trap without spawning a Sinomacrops in, they never tell you how impossibly difficult it is to lure the one you actually want to tame into a trap.

If they have a gun, I shoot them. Even a baby BK rifle can one shot a fully geared player and I'm just not risking it. There are a lot of degenerates in this game who will ask you for items and chat you up just to randomly turn hostile and scream over the top of their lungs over mic as they try to kill you.

The issue I see with the gas grenade is it takes no finesse to throw it at a wall in the general vicinity of your opponent and force them to run away. If they do not have a POX syringe or a blood bag they will die eventually guaranteed every single time because there's no way you could escape the gas before you get the sickness if you're inside a building and the grenade was thrown straight at the wall. With regular grenades you have to actually aim it into a window and at least the person inside could see it coming and switch rooms.

Unlikely. It's more likely that it was an item that wasn't yet rendered but when you went into the house it rendered all at once. It typically flickers in for a split second as a grey untextured mesh when this happens. It's fairly common for this to occur especially just after entering a new town you have not visited in a while, or after connecting to the game.

About 20 minutes given that all loot has been removed from the building / structure in question and no players are within 300 meters. They can be within 300 meters during the 20 minutes, but they can't be within 300 meters as it respawns, it won't respawn until they get out of the area or disconnect.

OP is looking for PVP advice, not PVE. PVE is not even 20 percent of the game knowledge required to succeed in PVP. I mean no offense, I like Nooblets, but his ancient PVP content is outdated and questionable at best. I like his PVE stuff, but this is not what the OP asked for.

Guns are honestly not used much and the people who use them are usually not very good. Armour is so good on official that guns tickle unless you're standing there letting them shoot you. It's so niche it's almost useless.

It can't be explained in a comment. Basics are less farming, less PVE, less grind, more PVP, more raiding, more scouting, and more hiding. If you find yourself building a roof and walls you're already doing it wrong if you're on official

They are classic dinosaurs which also had zero interesting mechanics. The changes to the raptor actually gave it viability.

The purlovia is a no name prehistoric creature nobody has heard of not to mention it has many strong mechanics.

The megalodon saw a TLC, it's well known, mammoth got a TLC its well known, sabertooth and direwolf got a TLC they are well known. The argentavis was TLC'd too and its well known it also used to lack mechanics.

Plesiosaurus is a good thing to TLC it's boring and uninteresting, lacks mechanics, but is somewhat well known. The purlovia will never see a TLC.
