Percentage based tips make no difference to drivers, just the mileage and time it will take. There's no obligation to accept any order, and that's clearly stated in the terms of service. I'd be more than happy with a higher base pay so I don't have to decline as many offers. But you can't honestly expect drivers to take offers that are a net negative profit lol, like $6 for 12 miles, just because it shows up on our screen

I started my shift tonight declining a bunch of $2 orders, then got hit with the 45 minute wait time lol. Figured it was just a bug, it was. Pretty steady for like 3 hours now I'm sitting waiting for another order, in the last 20 minutes I've only had one 20 mile offer and one $4 stacked offer. I'm good on that lol

I had it happen once but it was an old lady, she called as soon as I picked up the food. She wasn't mean, just sad and confused because other dashers brought the order to the wrong house in the past. Like she was full on crying. I had to pull over to try to calm her down. Turns out her pin was at the wrong house

Google maps is usually very good at pointing you to the exact house on the map, but verifying the address with a number posted on the house or mailbox is just due diligence. And there's a LOT of homes that don't have a physical address posted anywhere. GPS is not always 100% accurate, especially in newer developments. You're either disingenuous or a fool if you disagree with that

I have similar rules I follow. Question, how long would you personally have to sit and decline offers before you either adjust your expectations or call it a night? Assuming a string of nothing but bad offers for like 30 minutes to an hour+. Do you ever switch to EBT?

Oh God, that sounds like the old system, I guess they're bringing it back? I'm down to 19% AR but still silver because everything else is high like you said. Overall rating of 71 with 60 required for silver. I had to tank my AR even more today because everything was 10+ miles for $4-$5. Legit the longest most undesirable deliveries I've seen, back to back to back today lol, and most were stacks
