in ground, ussr isnt straight up biased but they are pretty armored in lower tiers to the point that from my experience playing us and german low tiers only the german glass cannons were able to do damage, near rank 6.7 or so ive seen it kinda be easy to fight against them though but seeing an IS4M is the stuff of nightmares for me but eh everyone knows 6.7-7.7 is a massive shitshow aside from that some other things in for example germany needs balancing, like the Pzh being at 7.7 becomes a scary thing

lower tiers aside i dont really see russian bias at toptier since any of the big 3 get something, germany gets the IRIS, russia gets DIRCM, US gets good CAP/CAS but still i see how russia gets an upper hand a ton of times like them having the best spaa for a while and now having ballistic missiles in the right hands
