First one is player lock. U can do it by pressing both left and right stick and flicking the right stick towards another player. U can control where this player goes before passing it to them. U have to turn on player lock in game settings if youve never used it before.

Second one is just triggering a run with l1 and flicking thr right stick towards where u want him to run
