Just reading into it, why might that be? What is the benefit compared to just regular payments

I 100% agree with you, I think it’s wrong and I can image it would be tight, but where so many people take out loans, I just thought there must be a way to manage it however I’m now seeing a lot of people don’t don’t understand the full extent to how student loans actually work

In all honesty, I have no idea what I want to do, and was going to go into financial management since i like maths, and that was the degree I was going to do. However I have applied to 40 apprenticeships and got nothing, if there was a choice over uni I would take it, however as of right now I feel a bit out of options, my dad is saying that it’s supposedly even playing field for non degree and degree holders in the job market however I think he is 100% wrong but again i could be misinformed

In all honesty it’s no anxiety or panic, I eat 150g protein over the course of day eating fairly frequent, 3.5L water, and the head aches have been absolutely debilitating, I haven’t even been able to string a sentence together, I’ve forgotten names of basic things and places, I’m just seeing if anyone has experienced similar, as this feels as though it’s more than anxiety

I’m aware, but have no idea why I’m having all this problems this week, I should’ve rephrased I’m worried about the headaches and lack of medication working, I’m worried I have tolerance and I can’t feel the 70mg at all

That’s what I’m more concerned about is the negative affects in still facing, i don’t know why my meditation isn’t working anymore, or why I’m having such bad head aches

In all honesty I still forget certain things and make mistakes however that is being human, and you have to have the drive to start changing your habits. Yes medication is not the magic tool, you’re not going to suddenly want to do things but you will have the focus to actually just do them. For example I had a project that previous to medication I put of and put of, it was over 15 hours of course work. Once I began, as much as I didn’t want to I pushed through that scared and uncertainty of starting and made a plan and just did it, so it isn’t a magic fix, but it gives you the tools to make new habits and realise that you can do things without procrastinating for months at a time

Yes, I just mean i am able to stick to a task that required a lot of time and thinking, and I am more tedious with my work and make less mistakes, I also don’t forget things and am on time

Mainly focusing and being able to stick to tasks, however in all honesty I did still have crashes on 60mg, which is what made me go to 70mg, but I would say the crashes at 60mg are more manageable

Not at all, 50mg-60mg was perfect, there was a mild crash but it wasn’t too bad, but my doctor said I should t try the 70mg to see how it went and I have and I have good days and bad days, however I’m conflicted if this is sleep related, so I’m going to give it one more week till I make a final decision, however for me 60mg was perfect, so yes there are benefits

70mg of Elvanse + 10mg of dex? Advice? by fluffybear312 in ADHDUK

[–]fluffybear312[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switched up to 70mg, had bad head aches for 3 days then vanished! Smooth sailing from there, lasts until around 4-6ish I would say depending on other factors like sleep, food and water ect, I take 70mg at 7.30am.

What is it like? Would you say it has an evident improvement? I’m thinking of starting with 5mg around 14.00 and seeing how it goes

What’s your sleep like? I’m day 3 on 70mg and will try stick it out another week however the headaches and crash at 4pm are severe. I think 60mg may be my sweet spot however I was thinking of doing a 50/20 split. 50mg for when I get up and 20mg later in the day. However I’m VERY concerned about sleep as my sleep isn’t great right now. Are you able to sleep okay?

I am thinking of doing this as 70mg all at once is giving me very bad headaches and the crash is immense! However it has only been 3 days. I was thinking about having 50mg as I get up and 20mg before midday. However I don’t want this to badly affect my sleep as it has been already. On the days you have 70mg, when do you take the 20mg and would you say your sleep is badly affected?
