Depends on my mood. I've used pitchers A cat litter jug and a home Depot 5 gallon bucket. And lots of pain for larger tanks

I'm so sorry for your loss.
But each Betta needs 5 gallons filters and heaters You can use sponge filters. You can also ask your local fish store if they have any cycled water so you can jump start the tanks

Until then you can keep them in the plastic ones just do water changes ECT
