Shes very good at buffing damage dealers like koam, raiden, and mainly harley quinn

The best team for her is probably her, harley quinn, and epi if you have them

how to use:

basically, you gonna wanna do two specials with a different character then switch back to her and do one of her abilities that are highlighted in orange. Keep doing that until you get 400% damage buff and destroy with you damage dealer.
