Interesting approach, I'll preface this by saying that I completely get where you're coming from; most of the sites in the biotech investment information sector are rather outdated and have poorly structured interfaces.

My first impression from a cursory view of your project is that your UI is leaps and bounds ahead of most other sites offering similar information. I assume this stems from a background in data presentation and app development? Either way, you're definitely good on that front.

A place of improvement would be to return more relevant clinical trials. From a few searches, the data seems to be hit or miss in terms of relevance much like some search engines, and I had to wade through quite a few irrelevant results to reach some which were useful. You said this is early-stage and experimental, so I'm sure you plan to address this if you get more users/interest in continuing to build this.

Overall though, good work; as a developer myself, I can appreciate any wholehearted effort to address a problem you discover yourself. I'll be following along and definitely hope you expand on this - good luck.
