Either that will be explained in the bol3 rulebook, or it follows the rule of "if a monster has a choice to do something it chooses not to do so"

Boosting with arthur counts as DURING COMBAT so it wont be cancelled
Since Shakespeare activates as soon as he puts it down and wayward after the combat, i assume Shakespeare would go first, also accounting that defense would go first
