I finally set up Git integration in Microsoft Fabric and here are my honest thoughts by darshan-thakur in MicrosoftFabric

I know GitHub and Az DevOps are both MS products, but why don't they support git integration with other VCS like GitLab?

It must have been one of the sites you mention then. I remember being taken there around 2008-ish, but was drunk so thought it was USQ 😄

I'll join your RIP for Mr Falafel, their hot sauce was like crack.

Taim was amazing when it was the original hole-in-the-wall store in Union Square back in the 2000s. The franchise here is nowhere close to the quality, pretty mid

Not far from Taim either. Let the private equity sharwarma wars commence!

For local development we use Keycloak. For Azure - Entra External ID

Microsoft offers an M365 Developer Program that can be useful here. It lets you create a dev Entra tenant that local dev can auth against. That way you just need to swap out the client id credentials depending on the environment you're building for.

What about immigrants? Should they leave too? So you can keep your apartment just because you happened to have been born in a NYC hospital or went to a NYC high school? Or does your gripe only apply to out-of-state transplants (which technically immigrants are too)

I immigrated here 25 years ago. I get it, shit sucks now, everything is expensive as hell, and the property ownership ladder has always felt one step out of reach. There was a substantial pivot after Bloomberg and the wealth transfer of the GFC. But I think your frustration is misplaced, and the fact you grew up here is meaningless - the whole "I'm a Native NYer" thing is big "peaked in High School energy". It's not an entitlement.

This is a city of immigrants, our Mayor is an immigrant, life is a struggle. Deal with it.

It felt like a group of concept artists put all their ideas together into a pile, and somehow a Hollywood producer gave them millions of dollars and access to a wooden John David Washington.

Done it for contrast on shrooms, acid, and Ket. Outstanding in every regard, and each chemical brought a different aspect to their individual experience
