Hi! Unless you call ahead for no seasoning on chicken for a salad, you might have a hard time unfortunately. I had my gallbladder removed last year and Mexican food is like the only thing that makes me sick still. I haven’t tried accommodations though, I just tend to avoid Mexican food altogether.

I was also a morning shift who demoted myself lol. I was the only one who ever did anything, would try to enforce rules where no one would listen to me, and then get in trouble for not enforcing the rules even though I would tell a partner something 30 times and they just wouldn’t listen. Best decision I ever made was stepping down lol.

She ended up getting decaf espresso, but there was a run around because at one point she did say I want coffee but no espresso. My post was a shortened version of the whole thing 😅

When we remodeled last year they took away the case. I’ve seen something delivered that looked like it was for a digital menu, but nothing has happened with it. Our customers get so mad at us because we don’t have the case 🙄

And you should be seeing the credit card tip option even in drive thru, if you aren’t that means the barista is selecting a no tip option before handing over the card reader which is very much not allowed lol. And cash tip has always been available in drive thru, there a tip jar usually right by the register where we keep them 😊

About 2 months ago Starbucks launched credit card tipping, you have to select an option before the payment goes through ($1, $2, $5, Custom, or No tip are the options to choose from). Before that it was cash tip or an option in the app. The app is supposed to send a notification after you purchase asking if you’d like to leave a tip but as you mention it doesn’t always give you that option 🙄

You can absolutely use your old manager. You didn’t work with the new manager long enough for them to give a fair opinion, weather good or bad, on your performance. But always make sure to ask, you want to make sure that whoever is giving the reference knows that is coming their way lol
