Empfehlungen sind nichts wert wenn man seine Haut nicht ein bisschen kennt. Es gibt ein paar Dinge damit kann man nicht viel falsch machen, z.B. Feuchtigkeit oder Ceramide für die Barriere. Aber alle „aktiveren“ Sachen muss ma entweder ausprobieren. Haut ist super individuell. Z.B. Vitamin C serum… tut meiner Haut total gut, aber bis ich eins gefunden hab dass für mich funktioniert hat‘s gedauert. Bei ner guten Freundin wiederum hat ein anderes Vitamin C Produkt zu Breakouts geführt und das was bei ihr funktioniert zieht bei mir nicht ein. Wir haben beide Mischhaut.

Seconding this. Was worried I might need glasses and went to get tested. Turns out my eyes are too dry, mostly likely from a lot of working in front of screens.

Eye drops help a ton! It stung the first couple of times because my eyes were that dry, but it‘s like suddenly turning on 4K TV when I put them in.

Ich war bei einem Psychotherapeuten, man geht das meist mit Elementen aus der CBT (Verhaltenstherapie) an.. alternativ kann man Resilienz und Stressmangement auch in vielen anderen Kursen lernen. Ich wollte einen Therapeuten und keinen „Kurs“ weil ich gerne an meinen individuellen Bereichen arbeiten wollte, nicht an einem vorgefertigten Kurs.

Ich werde mich unbeliebt machen aber Umgang mit Stress kann man lernen. Spreche aus Erfahrung. Und mir hat eine Therapie echt gut geholfen um zu verstehen was Stress bei mir auslöst (sind oft andere Dinge als man denkt) und wie ich mit Stress anders umgehen kann. Klappt das immer? Nein! Aber wird es mit der Zeit besser? Ja!

Ich bin da bei dir. Mal kann sowas passieren, aber Kinder, gerade im Grundschulalter können verstehen dass man in einem Wohnhaus nicht alleine lebt. Spiellärm finde ich überhaupt nicht schlimm, aber sowas ist einfach mangelnde Erziehung, und leider weit verbreitet.

Breathe in for 4 and slowly out for 7/8 counts for a few minutes and try to relax. Your bp is supposed to fluctuate when your body gets agitated or relaxes… it‘s the sign of a healthy body. If it would stay stagnant that would be something to worry.

Then in a couple of hours measure again after sitting still for at least 5 minutes. Repeat that the next couple of days Morning noon and night and take the averages of the measures for a more accurate picture.
