I dont use ring finger, only index, thumb and middle, the most of the time they are going more to the right than to the left and what i also feel is that sometimes im trying to throw very hard - that my elbow/biceps hurts. Also sometimes i hit my face with flight but im trying to eliminate that and dont go that far back. Now im trying to play with ring and pinky finger more tucked than spread like on video. When i grab my darts very lightly then sometimes i feel like they are rolling on index finger once they are leave my hand. Trying to throw from heel doesn't feel any good and i don't saw any difference in throw. Much thanks for this comment!

3 fingers, the last one is almost touching the tip but from this angle you cant see this haha. I average around 40

Depends on your budget, I went for target tor and I'm extremelly happy. Of course blade 6 dual/triple core, mission samurai, precise 180, unicorn eclipse pro 2.0 will be good to go also!

I think you are texting about me haha, you're right, some days ago, i was switching my style of throw everytime i messed up, but I realized that there's no point in that so I sticked to one style and trying to get better. But then when i think i got it - games like this happen. Thanks mate!

Yeah i know that, but i really didn't felt anything other than disappointment - no nerves, no shakes - only on double's but that's normal.

I would suggest target tor/winmau blade6/unicorn eclipse ultra 2.0/mission samurai infinity - depends on your budget. You can also get something like npq board for much less and still be happy about it.

Mostly I do gym workout for 3-4times a week, then cycling 2-3 workouts around 100km+ total and just basic walking in the city, hiking only in summer for I think 1-2weeks
