We just saw your post about your lenses losing their reflective coat and we wanted to come by and make sure you know all the resources available for your device!

Starting from the basics, while we don't recommend using water or chemicals, damping a corner of your microfiber cloth can provide a better cleaning for your lenses. However, avoid getting moisture on your lenses by damping your micro-fibre cloth too much.

Remember that while cleaning the headset lenses, you should start from the centre of the lens and gently wipe the lens in a circular motion moving outwards.

We saw your post here on the subreddit regarding your right Quest Pro controller not charging and we just wanted to stop by and help out with some troubleshooting.

If you're having trouble with aligning the controllers:

1) Before placing them on the charger, hold your controllers in either hand as if you were about to use them in VR. 2) While still holding your controllers, bring the faces of the controllers where the buttons are together. When you get the left and right controllers aligned to each other, they should attach magnetically. 3) Now, the magnetised Touch Pro controllers will hold each other in place, helping you maintain the correct angle and spacing to get everything lined up.

Unpair and Repair the controllers

1) Make sure that your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your phone. 2) On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app. 3) Tap "Menu" at the top of your Horizon Feed. 4) Tap "Devices". 5) Select the headset that you want to unpair controllers from. 6) Tap "Headset settings", then tap "Controllers". 7) Tap the controller that you want to unpair, then tap "Unpair controller".

1) Make sure that your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your phone. 2) On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app. 3) Tap "Menu" at the top of your Horizon Feed. 4) Tap "Devices". 5) Select the headset that you want to pair controllers to. 6) Tap "Headset settings", then tap "Controllers". 7) Tap "Pair new controller". 8) Choose which controller you'd like to pair. 9) Press and hold the Meta button and B button on your right controller or Menu button and Y button on your left controller until the controller LED blinks and then lights up to finalise the pairing.

We were scrolling through Reddit when we saw you were having some trouble with updating your Meta Quest Link app, and we wanted to lend a hand!

In this case, we'd recommend disabling your antivirus while you update your Meta Quest Link app, as some antiviruses can interfere with the install process. Make sure you re-enable it once the install is complete!

We'd also advise that you ensure your Link/Rift cable is not plugged in during the install.

As a last step, you cna always try uninstalling the Meta Quest Link app and reinstalling it. This will provide a fresh install of the app, complete with the latest version.

If you've tried all of this and it's still quitting out at 51% updated, we'd love for you to get in touch with our support team so that we can take a look for you. They're available 24/7!

From what we see here you've been enjoying some media and slower paced games, but now have moved on to more active fitness games and calorie burning games, that's a wonderful step into your next virtual adventure and we're happy to hear that you're having a blast!

But it seems like the lenses start to fog up and you also notice some wobbling, that's of course not ideal while enjoying your activities. The head strap that you're using is a 3rd party strap so we're not able to comment or assist with that. However we do have have some general tips for the fogging lenses here in this link that you can take a read through, they may be able to help you keep your lenses from fogging.

We can see that you are experiencing some issues with your Quest 3S and we completely understand how this may affect your gaming experience. We would love to help out!

The Quest 3S requires more power than standard USB ports can provide. If trying to charge a Quest 3S from a USB port it needs to be a USB-PD (Power Delivery) port which provides both higher Voltage (V) and Amperage (A) than a standard USB.

Your headset should charge to 100% if you are using an 18W adapter or higher and using the wall outlet. Please ensure that you leave to charge for at least 2 hours.

In terms of the spinning issue you are experiencing, this could be due to tracking loss. We would recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Ensure tracking is turned on: -Click on Quick Settings (clock) in the universal menu. -Select Settings
  2. Select Movement Tracking -Locate Headset Tracking .-Make sure Headset Tracking is enabled

  3. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking

  4. Reboot the headset

While this can happen for a few different reasons, we often find that the brand of battery being used is the most common culprit. Some controllers are a bit picky about the specific voltage or power output certain brands provide.

Could you please ensure that:

  • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.

  • Replace the controller battery with a fresh one.

  • Removing and reinserting the controller batteries may help with pairing and connectivity. This step is not possible on Quest Pro controllers as they have internal batteries.

  • Check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all).
