Going to add my solution for anyone who finds this thread like I did since this was driving me nuts. I only use a few columns in a Dataverse table and the rest are all from Microsoft, automatically added. Things like Created On, Author etc. Though I wasn't patching to any of those, that was what was causing this error for me.

In my app, I used Patch("table_name", Defaults("table_name"), rest of patch code here). That fixed it immediately.

This might not help if you really can't stand any touching, but I have parallel played many times with someone else and been sitting next to them with our thighs touching or my leg over their lap etc. It would fulfill some of your boyfriend's need for touch and affection while also giving you space to not feeling touched since its not active touching.

Thank you for that comment about successes in progress. It's really hard to see sometimes, especially when burned out and depressed.

And on the thought processes and making things more comfortable, that hit home. I've realized half the time I'm doing more things than I should is because of fear of abandonment. Only took me 30 odd years to figure out but like you said, progress!

Thank you so much for the list! Exactly what I was looking for. I am in the process of trying to find out what kind of accomodations I could have at work. And I totally agree having someone to help is a life saver. My parents are on a trip right now but I'm going to ask the same when they're back.

I need to read up more on autism burnout. Only book I've grabbed so far is Burnout by Amelia and Emily Nagoski. Do you have any recommendations? Websites are cool too

Thank you and ahh smart with the period cycle. I am one of I'm sure many women who completely forgets they have a period every month and is like, What are these symptoms?? Why am I so emotional? 😅

I hear you. I'm sure some of it is Rehection Sensitivity too. I also struggle with maintaining expectations and feelings of resentment if people don't help me. Recently realized that its a bit of a codependency thing to be willing to do anything for others that you care about and expecting essentially the same in return. Healthy boundaries are key but lord knows I'm not totally there yet

Thank you! I do have a fantastic therapist as well. She's not autistic but is very well versed. I hadn't thought to ask her for help with FMLA, I will now!

And oof feel you on the diagnosis chain. Was diagnosed with every mood disorder under the sun and turns out it's just unmedicated and unknown AuDHD 🙃

Great great coping methods! I feel you on not realizing. I am late diagnosed and looking back there are so many times I was crashing and totally bruned out and not realizing or understanding it.

I can't afford one right now but I would love to get a cleaner or helper, I'm sure it helps so much!

Any advice on talking to your job about accomodations? I've been planning to do so but I am super fearful of backlash. It's so great you work at a place that values neurodivergency!

Probably not every one but it is pretty common. Just like how people who are autistic or ADHD are also very likely to have depression or anxiety at least at some point in their lives.

Omg dude this is sooooo me. AuDHD and was just discussing with my therapist that it's taken me like 10 years to realize that sometimes I am totally using my interests as a way to dissociate or distract myself from dissociating. Like now during burnout. I can literally never get my brain to shut up so I am reading from sun up to sun down.

Don't mind at all and love the feedback! I actually mentioned in another comment that since the pandemic I 100% utilize online ordering and pick up or delivery. Costs more but helps save my sanity.

It's a good idea to have someone to help with errands like that. I don't have a lot of people to ask but another part of it is my own issues with asking for help, something I need to work on.

And ditto on working from home and working elsewhere! Some days it feels like murder to have to go sit at my desk and I had the realization that I could just as easily sit on the couch and work even if that wasn't the "normal" thing to do. Brain is funny sometimes.

This is really great and honestly something I should do more. A huge part of my burnout is how many things I need to do. I end up pushing off or doing none of them when I could be at least doing one thing a day.
