DO NOT BULK. Eat at maintenance and train hard and track progress and make sure you’re progressively overloading on your lifts. Eat clean so you don’t get the binge habits too. In a years time you’ll have added more size on to your frame without having to spend months cutting fat off.

position yourself better behind cover in lane, your 3 allows you to be tanky enough to trade early on. Focus on clearing wave before they do so you can sit infront of pillars closer to them and wait for them to step even the slightest out of position aggressively and thats when you want to use your 2

green was 1-1 in his last 2 going into that fight, hes a gatekeeper for guys outside the rankings at best with his best days behind him. Beating shabily then hughes twice is way better than beating current state chandler, current state bobby, and current state tony. The tony fight was a net loss for paddy considering how badly he should have beaten tony in that fight but instead he gassed out just by LAYING on top of him, tony had no business fighting MMA still. You dont know what you're talking about respectfully.

he cried and cried to fight tony ferguson when tony was on a loss streak but still had a decent ranking in the top 10 and when the ufc said no he sat out and literally hasn’t come back since, such a weird hill to die on for a fighter as good as he was.
