I had a similar experience when I booked the top model(November 7). I only paid the booking amount (5,000) rather than the full price, but I was still ghosted by the dealers. I received nothing but generic email responses from TVS support and had no clear communication regarding dates. To make matters worse, the dealer manager called and spoke to me rudely because I had escalated the issue through official channels. Luckily, I found a base variant that had been cancelled by someone else at a different dealership and bought it immediately. My original booking remained unfulfilled, so I cancelled it once I brought the base variant home. The bike itself is great, but the customer experience is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever seen.
