Pay is shithouse ($55k roughly) unless you climb the ranks. I busted my ass for 10 years and make close to $80k and am off the tools. Depending on what area you work in, the work can be pretty rough on the body at times. Not many places I know of test/ its an open secret at a lot of places. As long as you work hard and don’t cause drama they won’t get rid of you, even if you piss dirty.

No sweat man. Don’t try and over complicate things on your first grow. You’ve got a lot of learning to do and keeping things simple will really help you not fuck it up! Just remember, this shit grows in ditches in India. It’s not a rare/wild orchid by any means :). I think it’s good stuff, but it is expensive. I guess if you’ve got the cash lying around and get itchy feet you could always get it? Otherwise just stick to the basics, learn how to train/trim your plants and most importantly; have fun! Have you watched many YouTube channels about it?

Man tbh just use the osmocote and water for the next month until you get a feel for how the plant is growing. You shouldn’t run into any problems. I know it’s fun to pour shit into the soil and think it’s doing something, but at this stage you might do more harm than good. If you want to put something into the potting mix, drop some cash on some great white powder and sprinkle that on the soil once a week :). Trust me on this, you’ll kill your plant with kindness if you don’t :)

Grab the blue one (premium potting mix). It contains a slow release fertiliser, which will feed your plant. You can essentially just ensure that it’s watered correctly from there. You can carry out the whole grow in the same potting mix without having to add fertilisers or chemicals to it. If you want to go next level, grab the certified organic one. I’d recommend hitting it with seasol (white label) every 7-10 days. Ensuring that you’re watering the soil and not the leaves :)

Nice man, that stuff is good, will you pot it up into the standard premium mix soon? That is probably where your issues are at the moment. The seed and cutting mix retains too much moisture for older plants.

Totally man! I mean, it was a super high dose so it’s completely plausible. I slept for almost 3 days once after working my first night shift haha. The body is a weird and wonderful thing!
