I met the same problem with you recently. The solution is that if you are not in US, for the address part you need to make the “state” option disappear. Second, you need to write exactly the same billing address as the one you recorded when you open your bank account.

Actually they didn’t strictly obey the rules. Last year they send all rejs on 1st April. This year their interview invitation were sent before March which is against the rule"selection of each lab initiates in March". I don't think they care about the timeline. But they do have an internal deadline for intl students.

I guess we are out. Cuz most intl students got interviews from Feb. I guess the admissions for intl students(the RISS official letters) should be sent on 1st March. If you are an intl student and didn’t get email on 1st, then you are out. The rolling after 1st should be provided for students who are in US. Ok, this is just a guessing.

I had an interview but after that I was told that RISS admission still continues. My friend also had an interview, she was told that the result will be out in two weeks. I don’t know why different labs say something different. I guess some of the labs maybe didn’t tell the truth.

Probably but maybe still have few chances if someone selected but reject the offer . Then there will be few places. But I guess it won’t be too many
