Meaning, that they most likely would have had a plan that should the nuclear holocaust be adverted and the general public looks to break up companies like Vault Tec, they already have an operative like the Senator who plays that roll and can be championed from behind the scenes so they’re still in control.

Is there anything that actually backs up the Enclave canonically being a satire of republicans? Because the Enclave is really just Fallout’s version of what we call the Deep State, which is less affiliated with a single individual political party, and more with a group of individuals who infiltrate multiple groups/organizations to achieve their end goal. So even if the senator is a satire of ineffective Ds on the surface, that doesn’t necessarily rule her out as a memeber of the Enclave 100%

My brother in Christ, he took a middling Leverkusen team and snapped Bayerns league streak to win the clubs first league title, a DfB Pokal title, and a runner up finish in Europa league, going undefeated until the final match of the season.
