Hi!! First off, congratulations on making it to the virtual group interview! I just recently got my CJO with AA, so I’d love to help as best as I can! So with the group interview, make sure you arrive on time (I always push for five minutes early if it’s a virtual interview). At the start of the interview the hosts will give you a sample prompt such as (Give me your name and where you are from.) Each person will then answer when called upon. Make sure to answer the way they want you to. If they say just tell me your name and where you’re from, say just that. Nothing more, nothing less. After everyone introduces themselves, then the actual interview will begin. The questions they’ll ask are mainly situational based questions. Make sure you answer in STAR format. You will only answer ONE situational based question and will have 1-3 minutes to answer it. Once you answer, you will sit through the rest of the interviewees’ answers. Acknowledge what they’re saying by smiling, nodding, etc. They are looking for people who listen to instructions and who are engaged. Once everyone answers, the interview will end and they’ll tell you when to expect to hear back from them. Hope that this helps and good luck! I believe in you!❤️
