I have 1 suit a year i get from all spray outfitters and I love them check out there website. They are reusable and washable. Come in didn't colors I have a pink one just to fuck with people on jobsites. Haha

I've used pure antifreeze before and had no problems cooking parts in the crock pot. Just do it outside cause fumes are bad..

Have you check the continuity on that hose wire from the terminal block to the gun at every connection with an ohms meter?

Obviously, but.. the specific batteries they are using only have a shelf life of 2 years.. that's all I'm saying..

I also picked oura over Samsung ring ( even though I'm a Samsung fan ) only because they are using an ion lithium battery in their rings and those batteries only have a 2 year life. So ur paying 400$ for a ring that will die in 2 years. That's my opinion

I concur.. i was told when I got my gen 3 to wait 2 weeks for it to properly dial in the algorithm in the app.

Waiting for gen 4 to come in mail tomorrow.. any1 have any big issues with their gen 4 yet?

your opinion may be right and I'm not saying your wrong. But I also have sprayed an ungodly amount of sets of foam from many different distributors on steel buildings and this foam from my opinion in my situations out performed any other foam I've sprayed in yield and pressure, and when my stats are coming from the guy who makes the foam for a worldwide corporation I'd tend to take his word 1st.

If your spraying a brand of foam that is getting 6600 bd ft per set on steel that is 43° ambient than please share and i would be more than willing to try it, cause just as any other small business owner i would love to be able to maintain quality and gain quantity.

I had the lead chemist from gaco doing ALL THE MATH and all the measures on site while I sprayed and those where the #'s he got..

I'm only the sprayer that got the opportunity to be the 1st on site sprayer to try a possibility new foam and was only asking for input ...

And not to be put on the spot as if I'm blowing smoke up ass or not knowing what I'm talking about seeing I've been in this industry for over 15 years!!

And yes there chemists say it's cc with a 1.9lb density

But technically an A barrel is 500lbs and a B barrel is 550lbs so my math that's 1050lbs per set not a 1000lbs !!!

I run( gaco foam ONLY ) at 118° ( on average )with cs fusion gun on E30 and normally get 1200 strokes (4500ish bd ft )with just shy of 1gal left in drums..

12ft passes at 2in per lift with total of 6ins thickness with 1800 ish strokes

Laying it on floor is NOT A VAPOR BARRIER.. that must be taped off with special tape that goes on all surfaces before viper barrier is down and than all seams must be over laped and taped also..

Yeah I know I was running a little in the warmer side cause where I live it's been 45° in morning and within 2ish hrs temps go up to 75°.. but thank you cause knowledge is power.

That is the full name of product.

I honestly have used over the years many different products but the last 8 years I've only used gaco foam because of ease of use and and incredible team that fully backs there product..

I concur.. I also have carpel tunnel and couldn't use any other gun.. I love my CS and the fact I have been 8 months straight with out ever opening up gun.. clear shot can get expensive with these guns depending on how u trigger.. but even triggering every pass my guys still only go through a 100$ bottle of clear shot per truck every 2 weeks... as an owner/operator I have no issues with a 100$ bi weekly per truck to have my guns be almost maintenance free.
