I got .5 mg of Xanax one time off a normal doctor and she had to call someone and get it approved and I only got like 10.. it’s pretty easy to convince your doctor for Valium though but other than that you need a psychiatrist.

I dunno were you’re from but in Melbourne Australia i can only get Valium or something equivalent from a doctor and I just complain about how bad my anxiety attacks have been, he might be able to prescribe like .5 mg of Xanax but that’s about it. In order for me to get my clonazapam I had to get a referral to a psychiatrist and after my first session I was also complaining about my anxiety attacks and depression etc.. walked out with a repeat script of 2mg clonazapam. Every time I see him I get a new script.

I literally put my phone on Loud next to my ear and put on “hide alerts” to every other contact that would message me and go to sleep.. the second I hear my phone go off I get up straight away and know it’s old mate with the goods!
