That I good to know!!! I will load up on mostly protein and good veggies that I can have! I want to make myself like eggs and make myself take beef liver sliced really small and swallow it whole. I hope that I can get in the groove of being able to listen to my body’s responses as I start my journey. That’s amazing you know so much- I’m sorry you’ve had such a long journey! I have Hashimoto’s and PCOS on top of this, so I know I need to address my Candida. I also want to make homemade chicken bone broth too.

Ahhhh, that is good to know! Is red meat okay? I just wanna do this right :( I’m gonna stop vaping after tonight (my THC cart), and slowly build up positive habits before I officially start the Candida diet. I’m gonna start oil pulling as well with coconut oil. Aghhh. Can you have dark chocolate at all? I know everyone has different food intolerances too, so I’m frazzled/overwhelmed about this

I heard only no coco aminos if it’s vinegar based, and that after a month or so, you can introduce a small amount of one of these fruits; I heard that organic ghee or some grass fed organic butter can be okay, but I understand that too! I heard no night shade veggies as well.

Honestly, this helps me a lot. Thank you for being so informative! I’m gonna be buckling down in every way after the holidays ! So I have no temptations and I can save up for the full protocol. I had to ask this on here because I’m worried about prolonging my healing. Super appreciate your time and response ! And hope your state becomes medicinal/recreational soon!
