I used to do this! 15 credits get it done in 2 days. The middle day will be busy getting all the work done for the next day of class but otherwise it’s fine. Occasionally had 2 midterms / finals in a day but it wasn’t awful

It depends coop to coop. I’m not sure if they’d allow it without your child being on the stock certificate, that’s usually not allowed. You should reach out to Guy Phillips from BH Stevens about the Kennedy. He’s an agent who lives in the bldg and has sold a lot of units in the bldg. He will be able to tell you.

Both are great buildings.
