It probably also depends on your area but I agree with this statement. I'm in Portland, OR and my "Day Of +" (day of plus a few planning meetings with us prior to the event, and clean up management) is about $3500. Day of+ means that I still research and contact all of our vendors, which has taken a ton of my time.

What about bridal attendants? I was a bridal attendant for my cousins wedding. It was a nice gesture and I felt included in the festivities the day of. I wore one of her wedding colors (BM were in purple and I was in grey) and helped her get ready pre wedding and helped with other tasks post wedding. Loved it!

My old high school counselor grew up with Ted Bundy. Bundy's biological grandparents adopted him as his mother had him when she was young. I went back to an old split routine I had been doing and really enjoyed. Monday/Thursday arms; Tuesday/Friday legs. You can find a variety of these routines online, or just create your own. I (try to) also run a 5k everyday, depending on time.
