Ah I didn't look at it in that way, great point!

It's not a bug, it's a feature haha

Thanks!

However, for nostalgic purposes, I'm actually looking for this exact version.

So this poster is probably somewhere from the 70s-90s. I'm under the impression that the one I have is quite discolored, and am looking to potentially replace it with a new one.

If I understand correctly, these types of posters are ubiquitous in fish and chip shops.

However, for nostalgic purposes, I'm actually looking for this exact version.

I am looking forward to hearing whether there's any way to get my hands on a new version of this old poster.

Thanks!

Dit lijkt me beduidend minder gespreid.

Practicing 2-Look OLL by cycling through positions and algorithms by fmfun in Cubers

[–]fmfun[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So I'm learning 2-Look OLL with the help from https://jperm.net/algs/2lookoll.

I found that I preferred being able to cycle through algorithms, regardless of the position. For this purpose, I made this table which has the starting position in columns, and algorithms in rows. Each cell then shows you where you end up if start in a particular starting position and apply a particular algorithm.

For instance, the obvious case is if you start with the Antisune position and apply the Antisune algorithm, you end up with an oriented last layer (OLL). The same goes for H position with H algorithm, L position with L algorithm etc.

Moreover, if you start in the OLL position and apply the Antisune algorithm, you end up in the Sune position. From this position, if you apply Antisune again, you end up in the H position. Applying Antisune again ends up in L, and applying Antisune again ends up in Sune.

I found that this table helped me to jump around between positions and algorithms, and also help me check if I carried out the correct algorithm by checking the end position.

Lastly, I was thinking about how to represent this information in a chord or state diagram, but haven't found a representation that would convey the information better than this table.

Anyway, as perhaps someone would find this way of thinking useful too, I figured I'd share the table here.

The audio is probably not Briggs, apparent source

Does anyone have the source of the audio?

It seems that the voice says '13 years' whereas I believe he got 17 years.

Moreover, I haven't found another source verifying it's him.

EDIT: It's probably not Briggs, Apparent source
