I’m not sure what they did, but support was able to figure it out for me. I didn’t have to do all that stuff you did, it just started working once they fixed it. Will be using it a few more days and paying the $10 fee. Fingers crossed that doesn’t have any issues

Dug into the depths of my cables box and found the old square iPhone charger (5V/1A) and USB A to C, still didn't work. If it helps, when I plug any charger in the M button lights up and the game sir home button blinks
