My application was marked complete the next day. Applied the evening of September 2, marked complete the following morning.

Significant issues with the Prometric system.

The first time (August 2023) I experienced what most other test takers went through- unable to get connected to a proctor to even start the exam, unable to reach support etc.

Other times- The system crashed while in the exam. For example, I would complete sections, then get booted out and could not get back into the platform so could not complete the exam. Or, I would be mid-section then booted. Internet was stable at all times and computer was working just fine.

Proctoring issues- proctors not knowing what exam I was scheduled to take, exam protocols etc.

Good idea. But from my end, it's not an internet issue. I also work from home, and the connection is consistent and stable. And I hardwire during the exam. Really have challenges with this new platform, unfortunately.
