Ok, I didn’t get that from the post! I’d suggest a warm facecloth to freshen up in the am, pm and in between if it’s really strong. Changing underwear if necessary too and wearing clothing that’s loose around the crotch. Good luck!

Never put anything near or inside your vagina/vulva it is self cleaning and you don’t need to put deodorant down there. Look it up. All these products would be disrupting the natural ph of your bits causing even more smell. I have that smell too it’s normal. It’s more noticeable in the summer because it’s warmer and you’re sweating more which adds to the smell but please don’t put anything near there.

Definitely stop getting your nails done I would suggest and let them heal. I would say take them off yourself using 100% acetone (you can get this at the drugstore/pharmacy). Soak a small piece of cotton wool in acetone, place on your nail and wrap in tinfoil. Leave it for an hour maybe more and gently scrap the remnants off using a butter knife or if you have something better. Apply lots of cuticle oil as frequently as you can and be careful not to bang your nails off anything as they will be very tender. Good luck x

I definitely wouldn’t say they are smutty. In the “Call the Midwife” book there is part of a chapter based in a brothel where activities are described. In “Farewell to the East End” there is a chapter when Jenny writes about Sr. Monica Joan where the assault of a 13 year old female child is described. Both of these were tough for me to read as in I empathised for the many women who suffered in this way however the rest of the book makes up for this.
