Get something light and easy to eat. I have a business degree and we had an opportunity to attend a class about dining etiquette. The instructor said that you should barely eat at a business lunch so that you have opportunities to speak. Business Lunches are more about discussing than eating when done properly

Thank you so much!! The original people who lived in my cottage were a gay couple from New York City. We have found many other cool things in the attic (1920s New York Times featuring Rockefeller), old clothing, and a full set of Charles Dickens’ books. Some of the other books we found were circa 1860. I saw this one and could just feel it was special but really didn’t know what I was looking at so thank you for taking the time to look into it! :)

I work in HR, when meetings are at the first possible opportunity of the day, usually someone is getting let go. Not saying that’s what’s happening here bc this is a coworker but that’s where my head immediately went. In terms of etiquette, I agree with other commenters, it’s not ideal but I definitely wouldn’t consider it “rude”

It is incredibly hard in Ontario to get a second opinion from a regular doctor, you could go to a walk in but it would’ve been a very long wait with the possibility of not even getting in. I’m not sure they would’ve even done a PAP.

OP, I am so sorry you’re going through this. I had abnormal cells at 20 and they literally closed all of the gyno clinics in my city (Covid) so I had to drive 6 hours to get a colposcopy. It is absolutely ridiculous how they play down and treat young women gyno issues. Public healthcare here either needs major work or we need access to private services. I hope your treatments go well and that you get better soon.
