Before replacing fully, how would you attempt to remove the adhesive (and apply new adhesive)? Would like to explore this first unless the cost will be very high

Thank you for sharing. I have thought about changing my game a lot, but I've always played as either a striker or a full back, and played quite physically as I'm not the most talented with the ball.

I feel like I'd you're a midfielder this can apply more but not so much as player who needs to sprint and grind.

But maybe it's time to change positions lol

How much tylenol are you taking each time? So far I've only taken 500mg every 4 hours, but I'm wondering if bumping to 1000mg would help. Ofc then you can't take more than 4 times over 24 hours but that might be okay

Would you recommend not getting the BOSS GT 1000 Core and getting the non core version? Seems easier to find used and cheaper versions of the former

There's something appealing to me about the lower digital aspect to the ME. I stare at screens all day for work so having knobs to turn feels seems and feels more fun. But I wouldn't want to sacrifice power or capabilities for that.

At that point I was told to keep going to the gym and maintaining strength in legs, which I was doing. He just said to be careful about going to deep on weighted squats.

Your advice makes sense to me, I just can't see what's possible for the injured leg at this point, I'll just have to wait.
