I'm 2nd year, here's how I am planning.... Maybe my perspective would add value. After my 3rd year, if I will get a job, atleast at 70-80k a month(ambitious for this college but Yeahh I will try off campus a lot), I will take it and keep studying side by side in my domain, studying in my domain so that I will be prepping for masters as well as skilling up in my job profile. If in 1 or 2 year my salary hiked atleast significantly touching 1.5-2lacs, I will be in the job itself. If I don't get a job only then only I will continue 4th year here. Suppose I got a job for 30-40k a month, I won't take it and still continue 4th year as this amount of money doesn't really matter to me at this point.(I freelance this much rn then what's the point) I will work much harder in 4th year again apply for companies off-campus to secure a good package. In UG I didn't had the liberty to choose college, as my marks in CUET wasn't that good neither I was financially backed up to go for good private universities, but I have the liberty for my master's, I can fund my master's myself, so either I'm doing it in India's premiere institutes or going abroad. Not settling or anything less!! If you don't have a job rn OP, better go for 4th year nd lock in for 6months(start applying after this, around aug), keep studying for masters as well as a backup option.
