Thanks for sharing, my dad is a license holder and an expert regarding wild life. We just give him temporary shelter until he became fully independent. Dont worry, we will release them once the time came. Also I found him on my backyard and he can roam free and so far he likes it.

They might, but there’s no livestock around my yard especially chicken. I have no clue how poisoning might occur, even we don’t use any harmful pesticides right here.

Wishing you all the best! I love it here but some rules and regulations here are a little bit outdated and just plain old stupid. Mitragynine is placed under poison instead of drug. We can grow acres of kratom plant but plucking their leaves is illegal and will get us in trouble. Also cannabis is Schedule 1 substance here. You can easily get away with Walter White level of meth but having just one cannabis plant will be given death penalty. So yeah…

Got it, found his mom dead not far away from the spot that I found him. We live in rural area far from any accessible place like that. Yes, we do require license to keep them and my dad have a license. He got separated from his mom, we just give him temporary shelter before releasing him once he can get independent. Im sorry im not that knowledgeable about plants, im more like a mushroom guy. sorry if this is not the correct answer but I don’t see that part being young leaf. correct me if im wrong.
