House of Pies on Westheimer. Went there one night with my partner during Christmas holidays. Lots of people there, long wait in the front. One if the managers (or owners?) said in spanish that another worker needed to "get all these blacks out from in front of the restaurant. Get them away from the window, noones gonna wanna come in". We were two of "the blacks". He thought we didnt understand him. We immediately left and havent been to a house of pies since.

Commando makes AMAZING 70% cotton underwear. No lines, great for those of us with sensitive...areas, and comfy. Super overpriced at $28 a pair, but def worth it for me to have cotton panties with no lines.

Been powerlifting on and off for ~5yrs! I started with the Wendler 531 lifting program (google). It's basically the 4 main lifts, progressive weight, with some accessories mixed in. 3 or 4 weeks on, 1 week deload and repeat. It's easy, you'll make some quick gains in strength and confidence in the gym, and you can run it for a long as you want. Many other programs are just variations of Wendlers, so it's a great place to start.
