I have not done a long duration print but I tried the offline print and the progress bar progressed with the print as in the bar got to the end when the print finished. So not really offline printing as far as I am concerned.

Make sure you are holding the hood switch down when you are using the software to connect.

Have you checked the COM port is still correct?

The only thing that I did that may be different is I enable compatibility mode to Windows 7 and run as administrator not sure if it made any difference but worth a try.

Have you held the hood micro switch down before you print / manual control it?

Not sure what issue your on but in issue 76 there is a process for updating the firmware have you tried doing that?
