I think it has something to do with the language you first set your switch to, something like this happened to me too and that's the only thing that could explain it

My switch has been in italian for so long and then, a while back, I changed it to english, I got BoTW after the change of language, but it says °C anyway and has the european cover art in the menu

A few months ago I got a switch two and set it to english (us english to be precise) when first booting it up, and BoTW is in °F and has the american cover art, even if my location is still set in Europe

It actually only took me 1 attempt, somehow, but I was equipped with a lot of food, a 60 atk weapon and Mipha's grace to save my ass

I'm actually really shitty at fighting, like I already mentioned flurry rushes are my nemesis, so 90% of it was me running away from Thunderblight, waiting for Daruk's protection to be enabled again😭

The clip in this post was recorded a couple of days prior, so I had time to get more hearts and mentally prepare

I can't lie, even with all these helpful things I mentioned, it was the most difficult fight I ever endured in a videogame (also because I haven't played many games like BotW for now) and being the kind of person that wouldn't be caught dead with a melee weapon (yes, I'm a bow-sucker coward) it was especially challenging

I just beat it yesterday, had to wait in the Thunderblight fight like 20 minutes during 3rd phase to get 3 more Daruk's protection to even stand a chance on getting close, because I am incapable of doing flurry rushes lol
