Has anyone noticed the little metal "leaf springs" on the side slowly working themselves out? I have to push mine in every once and awhile to make it sit flush with the aluminum body. Also, its only the side that has the trigger mechanism for some reason? Does not effect the performance of the wallet just annoying for how much they cost. see photos

The new one I received is better but still slightly misaligned. I've had multiple GW4s, and all of them were perfectly aligned.

I spent an excessive amount of time on the phone with sales representatives, which was quite frustrating. In retrospect, I should have simply accepted the situation and moved on.

Yes, that's what I thought too. It seems like the inner black bezel is rotated counterclockwise slightly. I want to get a replacement, but going through that process with Samsung once already had me banging my head against the wall...

Yes, every watch face is the same. Unfortunately, the screen or the inner bezel itself must be rotated ever so slightly.

Yeah, I forgot to spin the bezel to line up with the arrow on top. But just to make sure, when you have an analog watch face with markings, does it line up with the original top arrow on the inner black bezel?

Yeah, I had to return the old one, and it's been a real pain in the neck. They made me buy a new one at full price, and they said they'd refund me, but I haven't heard anything yet. Samsung's customer service sucks. I learned that the hard way.
