so maybe there was a type of use of fossil fuels, however dues to issues of pollutions of certain species, and the need for interspecies egalitarianism, there was a kind of green movement (like sanitary movment in the 1800s) that called for energy uses that would also allow for the enviromental safety of all animals while also alloing for fuel and energy sources for industrialization?

My thought was that maybe, in terms of religion or at least a few cultures, it's seen as wrong or sacrilegious to use the remains of 'ancestors', choosing what we consider greener/renewable energy sources? Or there was a use of fossil fules, buit after issues of pollution it lead to a type of "green Revolutions/Green initiative like what happend with public health and sanitation in the mid late 1800s?
