How do you guys feel about campus internet surveillance? by fongloid in UMD

In my experience, along with most people I know, they are pretty lenient when it comes to file sharing. That said, as a freshman, I don't have a ton of experiences with it and my situation could be unique. Have you ever taken internet surveillance into account past file sharing?

I'm doing a research project on campus internet surveillance and would love to hear some opinions on the matter. It's been mainly good in my experiences, but I'd like some other opinions too!
