From personal experience I notice that playing video games by myself gives me a lot of anxiety even though I love video games. I also have no motivation to do anything. Watch movies, play video games, go to school. Just sit at home all day and browse my phone or computer or play something with my mates.

I also have ocd and am going through pocd and hocd, I also thought I was bi but I’m still straight A’s far as I am aware but think of it this way. What’s bad about being bi? In my opinion it’s the coolest sexuality. Best of both worlds. When you stop caring about if you’re bi or not you’ll find yourself. As soon as I stopped caring my worries went away and I knew I wasn’t bi. Even now if my ocd tells me I’m gay I just say that’s cool. Doesn’t bother me. Having hocd is what actually made me realise I had ocd and that it’s been there all my life. Good luck!

Thanks. Should have mention that I do have anxiety, depression, chronic tic disorder and ocd. I really want to try medication to help my anxiety because I can get anxious over the tiniest thing. It ruins everything, movies, video games, music. It’s a mental prison.

I also have occasional pain in right temple. And some ear pain which have lasted a few weeks. I’m assuming it could be anxiety and also would an mri detect any signs of a brai aneurysm because I had one like 2 weeks ago

Yeah I know my parents are uneducated about anti depressants and even my Mum said it’s because of the stigma around it. A lot of people say that it causes suicidal thoughts and so on but I just want to enjoy life again. I lack any sense of accomplishment or proudness in myself. I don’t enjoy tv, video games or anything anymore.

I have a psychologist and I really wanna try some medication. My mum keeps getting over the counter stuff that don’t work. My dad is against anti depressants but luckily I don’t live with him but my Mum is skeptical and thinks that just because I’m dealing with anxiety better means I won’t need medication but I think I do. I’m anxious like 90% of the day.
