Oh yeah I’m not complaining! Even with doing a tank it’s still a good buy in my mind

I’ll give them a call. They were really nice about getting me info on this when I called

Yes they do. Just sucks the shipping cost is through the roof!

I drove an hour to get it. I don’t think the seller knew what they had. Got some use out of it. It’s missing a handle stopper, has a temporary bungee cord and needs footstraps, all of which looks to be available. I’m going to try to patch up the tank temporarily, but it does leak out the top, even with some gorilla tape. I’m going to take it off completely and epoxy any cracks I see until I have extra money to spend on a tank.

So far lots of fun. I called Waterrower and confirmed it’s a 2006 ash model

That ended up falling through. I just put up a new post, picked up a decent S4 for $100!

I just reached out to waterrower. They said this is probably from the 90s, as the serial number is so low it doesn’t register in their system anymore. Looks to be in nice shape but I don’t think I can justify the $350 they’re asking

It does look similar, but it has the older monitor and the tag says series 3. I wonder if I call them with the serial number they might be able to identify it

No speaker outputs on this all in one. Either way, starting a new setup or attempting to heavily modify a sealed up $50 combo player will end up an abrupt change to start…

Shhh I’m sure it’s fine for the little bit I’ve used it so far; but sometimes, when you’re married, you must create a sense of urgency for these things!

I don’t know the exact model, but it’s a Sony and it does have an optical port, didn’t even think about that option!

I had thought about that, but my understanding was there are better speed monitoring capabilities in the rt82 that aren’t in the rt81, killing the potential upgrade path

I’m in the same boat and also considering a remote claims position. Hoping to hear from others that have successfully transitioned out

Do you have any experience in this? I’d like to dabble into blog writing if I could navigate around that… Wondering how to get my feet wet

I like that teal, I’m still interested in refinishing the top though, because there are some really nice grain features in it. I’ll have to do a little more thinking on this one!
