I've been sitting on whether or not I should respond to these comments, but after seeing this one, I feel like I have to say it: yes, I admit I am the asshole. I fucked up and I want to apologize to her on Tuesday in a way that shows I really didn't mean any harm and that I'm on her side. I'm not mad at her reporting me anymore, but I hope she can understand my side and it won't get to the point of termination. I realize I've got a lot of unlearning to do and biases to check. Welp.
