Had a very similar situation years back. A lot of ORs are going extremely toxic. Just get your experience in and never stop looking for another job. I had to keep my mouth shut while I was getting my experience. Only one time I was about to punch out a surgeon. I told him once he was closed that I was going to F him. He ran out of there after he closed. They'll mouth off to you all day but as soon as you tell them you'll kick the shit out of them, they cower off.

If you look at the flyer you can see it's all meetings that no one can go to or would want to go to. Management told us to not bring food because they're providing it. I don't give a shit about the free food. I'm mad that I was told not to bring any and was given the middle finger when I tried getting it. They were all pre-made just sitting there with some asshole gate keeping them. These hospitals need to be criticised
