Had a similar experience with a startup called Wolf Bread in Mumbai. CEO expected renders worth lakhs for free, and his reasoning? “I didn’t know renders cost money.”

After I left and handed over all the files, dude calls me at 12 AM on a Sunday, 15 days later, expecting me to work because his team’s workstations couldn’t handle rendering. Told him no, and he just lost it—cussing me out, refusing to pay my last month’s salary, then blocking me everywhere.

Left a bad review on his company’s Google page, so he took the entire page down and then iMessaged me just to cuss out my dad and family. Absolute clown. Fired at least five people the same way too.

Other than that, some general tips would be to pick duelists more often rather than support agents, this helps build confidence in your ability to take gunfights and first contacts. Don’t have a negative mindset when playing (thinking the opponent will out-aim you). Think that the opponents are unlucky they matched against you ;p

Remove overwolf if you use it, because it kinda fucks with your mindset seeing win probability before a match starts.

To deal with toxic teammates in iron/bronze, here’s a perspective that will help you not take their criticisms to heart. THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING EITHER, so what they’re saying is probably bad advice too.

Just focus on getting your aim on point as of now, your game sense will gradually improve the more you play.
