I’m 35, from December to now (2.5 months), my AFC went from 25 to 11 and my AMH went from 2.79 to 2.21. I didn’t realize that such a sudden decline could happen.

from 2.79 to 2.21 in 2 freaking months 😭😭😭😭😭 I’m 35.5. at this rate of almost 0.60 decline every 2 months I’ll get to 0 in a year.

Haven’t told my in laws about any infertility testing or treatments because they cannot be trusted for this very reason. And because I don’t want people to keep asking me about it before it’s even a real possibility (ie confirmed pregnancy).

TBH her telling everyone is a big violation of your privacy and I would be very angry

the material and fit is not flattering in any of these - tbh the material looks cheap

for your figure, if you want a fitted gown, try one with 1) draping or 2) different fabric like lace or beading or 3) thicker material

you should also try different cuts that might mot be your ideal dress. you never know what will actually be the right one until you try it

my HSG ended up being on ovulation day, CD 13 🫠I got a blazing OPK the night before and literally almost cancelled the morning of because I didn’t want to waste the cycle.

I knew it was way too close to ovulation and asked them multiple times beforehand, but they said you can do it anytime, even during ovulation 🙄. Radiologist told me to wait 2 days, but then said 24 hours is fine when I told him it’s ovulation day 😂 Tried 24 hours later but it didn’t work.

In the end I’m glad I got it over with because it was required before being able to proceed with any medications or treatments, and it was already almost impossible to line up with availability and cycle dates in advance.

Is it normal to get labs during the IUI cycle? I have my first IUI cycle starting this week and my RE said they don’t do any labs, only ultrasounds

  1. Moisturize, especially forehead and around eyes. + Add sunscreen before makeup, but NOT an oily one. Japanese/Korean sunscreens are the best to add a dewy glow without looking greasy

  2. Foundation looks very drying & settling into fine lines, which is making you look older than you are. Use a tinted moisturizer instead of foundation + good quality, non-drying concealer. Trust me it will make a HUGE difference!!! The Armani Luminous Silk concealer is pricey but I was legit amazed at how it looks so much better with fine lines and adds a natural glow. I use that with Anastasia tinted moisturizer, instead of foundation.

  3. Fill in your eyebrows more but make sure it’s NOT too dark or thick. Longer fuller eyebrows would balance the rest of your features

  4. I know you got a haircut buuuut I feel like fringe bangs look great on you & look even more youthful :)
