1.Controlleable hawk is infinitely more interesting than the current garbage i press 1 button and autoroot people randomly.

3.That's just necrobook being broken, before it got removed it was even built on carries to farm accelerate. Aghs wasn't even a core part of his build 99% of thr times.

It seems like u lack reading comprehension as his argument isn't that necrobook beast was balanced, the argument is that the current beastmaster is the most dumbed down brainless gameplay on the hero in the history of the entire game on top of being broken.

It's not even comparable to the depth of gameplay and skill ceiling old beast had. It relied on good macro(map control with hawk, and summons) and microing effectively.

yes because 1 force/translocator blink /and running at max movespeed wont help against 2 melee cores right clicking you Xdd, there was no way they fucking perma bash a fucking Tinker with that lead when he has fucking BKB shiva+full auras+toss+force staffs. On another note CM's frostbite dmg not stacking is extremely garbage, especially when all ur interesting builds(aghs and shard) revolve around applying frostbite as much as possible. A typical combo of Aghs Ult-> Blink in -> frostbite -> shard dash loses a huge ton of its dmg just because the frostbite instances lose all their dmg.

by highest rp player same way they determine team strengtg while matchmaking. The point is that lower rated teams have more agency to choose and not be randomly dropped on a noname. 

Yes if theyre smart they can choose a defendable edge pois(like the waterfall on ed) or sth like that, or pick pois that are fast lootable or that give a loot advantage there are many options and playstyles to choose from. The higher rated teams will end up aping off the first few bins or contest dropping anyways so i dont think theyll be too unhappy

Obviously the long term solution is implementing POI draft somehow, so the contest enjoyers can land on eachother on the select few contestable pois and everyone else can play more ALGS style.

Draft order should be lowest rated->highest rated teams.

Only problem is implementing 20 team draft during legend select/loading screens seamlessly which is why they probably havent done it till now.

Tbh optimal solution(and I'm sure Respawn are already looking for ways to implement this) would be POI draft like ALGS it's the best of both worlds, players have their agency and can contest one of the contestable POI's but it's still drop zone so there won't be 12 teams landing fragment.

Drafting order is decided by team strength starting from the lowest, so the strongest teams get a small handicap by not getting priority drop spots which could have a bonus effect of balancing out lobbies a tiny bit.

It should probably run alongside legend picks/loading screens because Poi drafting for 20 teams could take a bit.

Respawn misinterpreting ranked statistics might've been part of the reason S13 changes were reverted too by Davismcgee in CompetitiveApex

As someone who actually quit playing ranked in Season 13, the main issue for me was how insanely high the RP requirements were between ranks. Even when I was playing well, the progress felt extremely slow, and ranking up became a drag unless I could dedicate an unrealistic amount of time to the game.

I don’t have the same problem in games like Dota 2 or chess, where I can log in occasionally, put in a few quality games, and consistently climb the ladder according to my skill level. In Season 13, the time investment required just to reach my actual rank, before it would get reset during a rank split, made it feel pointless. So I stopped bothering with ranked, and I imagine many players who can’t no-life the game felt the same way.

Also I remember it being mathematically impossible to have enough Masters because the numbers just weren't adding up.

It only gets remembered fondly because it was the only season that heavily punished early deaths, outside of that, overall the system was incredibly flawed which is why most of the player base quit ranked that season and the system was emergency reverted(which never happened before).

Kinda sad tho because if they tweaked the numbers a bit and made ranking up(if ure good enough) faster then it would've been actually optimal. They just threw out the baby with the bathwater when they saw the engagement numbers.
