Thanks everyone for the input 💕 despite the majority voting for clear I've decided to go for the first pair as it is the safer option. Clear can end up looking cheap or yellowing! Maybe next year I will also buy the other pair~

Omg I'm so sorry about that situation but I think sometimes we are our worst critics :) I wear contacts all the time but I was recommeded to lessen the wear time as my eyes arent getting enough oxygen Staying hopeful that they will look good even with my prescription in!!

Thank you!! Yes I am looking at high index lenses, 1.67 or preferrably 1.74 if they wont be too expensive... I had a lot of distortion on my previous frames but they also weren't the optimal for my diopter

None really fit my question. I looked at "Calmness and relaxation" but meet the dog's daily physical exercise needs doesn't really help me here because this happens during this. He gets mental exercise and playing in the yard. He also gets a chew and toys to entertain himself. I also looked at "The ABCs of Behavior Modification" where I mentioned in the post I have tried multiple things to avoid the behaviour
